Wow, this is fantastic!
Primarina ended up my favourite Alola starter too, though my reasoning is a bit different. I did actually see the final starter leaks, back when people thought they were fake. However, the images leaked before the reveal of Mallow, and yet Mallow was in the Incineroar page, so it was 100% legit. I went from generally apathetic to Popplio all the way to its biggest fan and I don't regret it.
...Incineroar is still cool though, if only for the WolfeyVGC memes.
