Articuno Island (formerly Prussian Town Pokémon Network, or PPN) was a Pokémon fan website that existed from 1998 to 2003. It functioned as a network to help other Pokémon websites get discovered more easily. Two of the largest Pokémon fan websites surviving to this day, Serebii.net (formerly known as Serebii’s Pokémon Page) and Bulbagarden (then known as Bulbasaur's Mysterious Garden), were among them.
