Well, it's not my favorite starter but it's the one I chose in Pokémon Crystal, the game which helped me bond with my friend Leandro - and also the one I voted for in the last round - so it's not a bad result. I also think it's appropriate for a Johto starter to win a Johto Times poll. 🙂

Actually kinda surprised chikorita won with how I've heard it actually is considered like weak or not that good, happy for such a what feels unlikely winner though
