Pokémon Forever was a hobby and fansite that opened on January 1st, 1999. It contained a wealth of information about the first three generations of Pokémon games, offering a deeper understanding of each game's mechanics. It creator Chris Fritz a.k.a. Meowth346, was the first to coin the terms "Individual Value" and "Effort Value" which is widely used by Pokémon fans today.
